Melissa Moreira Home Fragrances processes and ships orders within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Melissa Moreira Home Fragrances is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
